Mandatory Meetings
During the spring we host 2 mandatory training meetings. During these meetings we will train members on the various curricula we use, take orders for some of our groups buys, and have a time for subject teams to meet.
We also host a mandatory Kick-Off Meeting in August to hand out materials for the year, train members on our homework website, go over policy and procedures, and tour the facility. We also have time for fellowship during our breakfast and lunch breaks (PCC provides) during our kick-off meeting time.
If you are offered a spot in our program please make sure these dates are set on your calendar.

Tapestry of Grace Calendar
Our history program is structured around the 36 week TOG program. We will provide each family with a weekly working calendar for use of the TOG program at home. The TOG curriculum is longer than our annual co-op term. Therefore, there will be some weeks that TOG is assigned for use at home, but co-op will not be in session.
Note Regarding Curriculum
We do our best to utilize the curriculum supported by the co-op to its fullest extent, however, due to the number of weeks in our operating calendar there may be some curriculum that needs to be completed outside of our operation schedule.
