4. At-a-Glance Course Offerings Chart:
Print off the "at-a-glance" course offerings chart by level. Mark on this chart the classes and level for each of your children. This will aid you as you submit your student's class choices on the online application form.

5. Coordinator Role document
Print off the "Coordinator Role description" document below. This will help you see what coordinator roles are available and what each job entails. Please use this as you prayerfully consider where to best use your gifts and talents. There will be a place on the application to list your top three places you would like to serve.

6. Application & Document/Fee Submission
Using your "at-a-glance" course chart and your "coordinator role" document fill out the online application and submit. The application link is found under the PCC Information tab and is a sub link under Application Process.
Applications must be submitted by 9:00 pm on Friday, February 23, 2018.
Once submitted you will receive and email within 48 hours with an address to mail the following:

Once submitted you will receive and email within 48 hours with an address to mail the following:
- Signed Doctrine Statement
- Signed Member/Student Pledge
- Registration check made out to Colonial Baptist Church for $160
7. Reference/Recommendation Form
In addition to the information above, we require that each new applicant submit 2 references. There is a Reference/Recommendation Form linked to the Application Process tab located under the PCC Information drop down tab above. Due to the nature of our co-op and our role as facilitators over children, we respectfully ask that each new applicant provide us with two recommendations:
- one from a pastor/Bible study leader
- one from a person outside of your family
We need to have both references on file to consider your application complete.
Note:You do not need to turn in your references to submit your application, however, we will need your two references before we can consider your application. References need to be submitted by February 26, 2018 at midnight.
Please note: Once accepted all new members will be asked to submit to a background check if one is not currently on file with Colonial Baptist Church.
